The apartment is poorly maintained. Couches are torn up. There is no outdoor furniture. The rules are unreasonable, like you are not allowed to sit in the balcony and enjoy your drinks. You're are not allowed to host even one visitor even during day time.

On arrival i called the property manager and complained that the AC was not working. For 4 days nothing was done about it. The security are unfriendly. The key does not work if you are coming in late after 10pm as the security disappears and you can not get into the building .Housekeeping comes on request even though it is fully paid for. The bathroom shower does not work. They only allocate 1 parking bay even though there are 4 adults and 2 vehicles. The security abruptly asks you to park outside. I had to constantly call the lady and complain that it is hot & I had senior citizens with me. I had to wait for maintenance to come and he also disappeared. All in all a very unpleasant stay. The rules for no NO VISITORS are not STIPULATED when you are making the booking. We could not get family to visit as there is a R1000 per person fine if we have any. Totally misleading on the website. I Paid almost R12000 for crappy service. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FUN FILLED VACATION. THE RULES WILL BREAK YOUR SPIRIT.
