Stay at The Point - Arabian Affair

The place was spacious

We were bitten by mosquitoes , and they don't have a repellent or fan

The location is great, Harbour view 👌 and a walk to the beach and Ushaka

There needs a nip tuck on furniture and general maintenance

I like the place is so quiet and beautiful stay, everything was perfect,my friends like it,I want to send other friends to it on March 28 next year

Problem was a parking for our mini bus 22 seater,we struggle to get parking, until owner arrived during night then allow our mini bus to get in

Cleanliness of the apartment

The toilet was leaking

The location of this unit is brilliant with the full view of the port entry and exit for ships.

The balcony was flooded with rain water which did not drain to allow us full usage, seems like the drain on the balcony was blocked.

Location, space

Noise from the harbor very early in the morning. Iron was faulty and I ended up burning the shirt, I reported only to find out that they were aware of their iron condition. When reporting of what happened, I just got a simple apology over the phone and just sent someone to bring another iron

View, the place, the security, friendliness

The onsuite bathroom's shower drain was blocked. 2nd bathroom toiletseat was loose. There was toothpaste on the bathroom door. The frying pan was not good. Some of the furniture is broken. Holes in the carpet.
