Однак, були здивовані, що не все так погано і я би сказав все сподобалось. Квартира двоповерхова, на другому поверсі диван та гардероб і там жарко. На фото квартира здається більшою ніж є, але для пари на тиждень повністю підходить. До вокзалу Ньюгаті 7 хвилин пішки, метро 3 хвилини, до Парламенту 17 хвилин пішки.

За свою ціну квартира топ. Всі перелічені мінуси в інших відгуках не настільки критичні. Однак, що можна покращити: 1. Шторку у душову повісити 2. Відремонтувати підлогу біля ліжка 3. Трохи якісніше прибирати на кухні (до чистоти в решті кімнат питань немає) 4. Відремонтувати кран на кухні, бо він пропускає трохи воду 5. Встановити кондиціонер

Our stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. The apartment was completely uninhabitable in the middle of winter. There was no proper heating—just one tiny electric heater for a two-floor apartment—and no hot water at all. The freezing conditions made it impossible to stay comfortably, and after two miserable days, we had no choice but to leave two days earlier than planned. To make matters worse, the host has been completely unresponsive. Despite informing them of the issues, they have refused to provide any solution or even communicate with us. They are also unwilling to offer a refund, which is unacceptable given the unlivable conditions of the apartment. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling. The host’s lack of professionalism and disregard for basic hospitality standards is shocking. I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider allowing this property to remain listed, as no guest should ever have to go through this. Save yourself the stress, discomfort, and wasted money—do not book this property.
