Feel Home at the heart of the City

everything was very nicely arranged, very nice apartment

I think the apartment lacks bars on the windows because they can't be left fully open during the night, also they couldn't change the colors of the lights because the remote didn't work

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a very seasoned traveller and use booking a lot. I travel to Budapest yearly for several weeks at a time, speak the language and am used to inconsistent service but this was one of my worst experiences. Staff ( probably a management company who did not care about clients) gave only lip service but no real customer service or consideration. For a 16 day stay,I was treated poorly. Some of kitchen were grimy and sink spout was leaking in 2 spots. They could not fix it so I just put a pig under it. When I asked for a brief overstay or at least luggage storage they advised me to go somewhere else. I would understand this if hey were renting it out right sway but they only had to fix water first and clean They gave no consideration.

Was a Nice place. Good location and communication with the host was fine.

The shower was worse than a summerrain but guess they fix it and i Will stay there again

Very nice apartment. Near to everything

The apartment is in a perfect location, just next to the metro station and mall. It is very quiet, clean, perfect for resting, and equipped with everything you need. The host are great, responsive and ready to help.

TV is all hungarian dubbing (barely any channel allows switching audio sources) so its fairly useless xD Since there is no air conditioning, heating using heaters is a tad bit slow but sufficient (not sure how it will be in the summer). The apartment is a duplex but the top room is just an empty living-roomy room with sliding closets - you will barely use it, if at all.
