Penthouse near park - air con - Guest and the City

Location was great for us .

The area around the flat is quite rough.

Great well equipped apartment. Warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. Good location close to the Railway station and North Laine. Excellent communication from the owners.

A little hard to find initially but just ask for directions to Aldi! Also it isn't actually in the square of houses as I expected but just before you turn into it. Otherwise no problems at all.

There were no keys, just a code to key in for main property access and then apartment access. Unfortunately, the electronic keypad to the apartment wasn’t great and it took a long time to work. Don’t know if it needs replacing or the battery is just low. But that was the only issue at all during our stay. Everything else was wonderful! 😊

Great location

Ease of access to property, location was excellent, air con was invaluable. Having two TVs was great! Shower - no issues with hot water access or use. Communication with host Rosie was superb before and during the stay - very responsive and understanding of needs. We arranged parking through Just Park and had secure parking 4 mins walk away at Sainsburys (underground). Excellent access to huge range of eateries, cafes, pubs, shops......much preferred the North Laines area which this apartment is a stone's throw away from. A great way to experience Brighton for the first time

The place would sometimes get really hot and we were only able to turn on the air con once, It did not turn on the other times
