The apartment is well-proportioned with good sized rooms, comfortable and clean. It was nice and warm - we even had to turn the radiators down a bit. Everything we needed was provided including tea and coffee. Rosie messaged me the Wi-Fi code when I asked, and it was plenty fast enough for our needs. There is a smart TV in the living room, and even a dishwasher which was very welcome. The location is not far from the railway station. If you want a sea view you'll be disappointed, but it's not a long walk from the front, and is surrounded by interesting places to eat (Yemeni anyone?) and shops and pubs. All in a comfortable stay and great value, especially for Brighton.

The hot water is limited for a shower (good for me, for my daughter not so much), but it's in the middle of being fixed. We were given access to other showers so it wasn't a problem at all.

Spacious, modern and clean. Good for a short stay.

No info for WiFi (texted but got no reply), entry instructions could've been a little clearer, some areas could do with a little freshen up.

Loved the location, very close to the train station/ other amenities. Rosie was very friendly and helpful.

The parking arrangement was a little confusing, but it was partly my fault as I misread / misunderstood the instructions.

The place is very clean, well equipped and was very happy.

The shower, the shower was warm to start with, and then it went cold, and that ruined the experience for me. Also, when using the shower, the bottom of the shower started to fill up with water. I had to lift up the drain, which was covered with other people's hair and grease to enable the water to go down. Thank god, I was the first to use the shower because if my 7 year old was to have a shower first, there would have been more problems. I complained to the owner, and they said there's a communal shower downstairs, but with a small child, it's not that easy.

Excellent location, with modern kitchen dining area. Sofa bed was a large double and another large double in the bedroom, so can easily sleep 4. Location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk into the lanes and right on top of many shops, restaurants and bars.

Parking may be an issue, as none on the road itself. Contact the hosts for a permit before the stay to keep the cost down, but we easily found a car park about a 5 minute walk away.

Estaba sucio, la alfombra sucia, las camas no son cómodas, la cocina y el horno estaba muy sucia, con grasa. Faltan implementos de cocina. La ventana grande y redonda de la puerta de entrada rompe con la privacidad y entra la luz del pasillo lo que causa molestia por las noches
