Beautiful, spacious, state of the art apartment. Everything is like new, with thoughtful touches everywhere, from three coffee-making options to a large bedroom suite with a desk , chair and wall- hanging monitor on one end of the room in case any remote is necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a gorgeous glassed-in shower, As for location, the waterfront is just one block away, the neighborhood is full of historically significant, fully restored homes, and of course the stunning Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge is a short drive away. Finally, the apartment is a great value.

At times the central air conditioning system was a bit loud.

apartment was decieving from the outside- but inside was amazing!! It was a short walk to the water and we enjoyed that as well and met some locals.

directions to where to park was a little difficult to figure out at first as it was around the back end to where our gps told us where to go.

This apartment is our favorite. This is our second stay. We would stay more but it is usually booked! Of all the apartments and homes we have rented, this is by far the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness and upkeep. It is very nicely decorated and everything is new. You will not go wrong with this place. Many thanks to the owners for offering such a nice little place for rent!

It was really beautiful and chic. Although we didn't use any of the available amenities, it was very well stocked.

There was a roach in the bathroom. The other people staying above us were some younger males that made a lot of noise and seemed to be running and stomping above our heads disrupting myself and children while we slept.

The place was very clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home. Coffee shop walking distance, with great food and staff.

Loved the place. Would recommend and go back.

Everything, especially the bed.

Location and easy access

Unfortunately whoever was upstairs was very loud. Stomping and walking all hours of the night. Woke us up several times.
