Very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.

We liked everything.

The location for this property was perfect! It was close to the river and activities and also to our family that live in the area. The apartment was clean and very comfortable! It is a gorgeous little apartment! The place was pet friendly and the outside area was easily accessible. We will definitely stay again if we have a chance.

The property was very convenient to the event I was attending. It was clean, comfortable and the right size to stretch out a little.

There was a slight stale cigarette smoke odor.

It's hard to say what I didn't like. It's a nice little place to stay. And it was only about a mile and a half to where I needed and one block over was the lake. Very nice

The only thing that I didn't like was when getting up in the morning there was a gentleman working on the building in the garden area. So we really didnt want to sit out there. But in all fairness it was during the week and it has to get done sometime.

Perfect set up for a couples vacation. Clean and well laid out with everything needed. Coffee, soaps and other consumables are available making it so simple. Love it. Location is very quiet. Whistle Stop Coffee shop nearby is excellent.

Air conditioning is noisy.

What a wonderfully cute, cozy apartment. It is so well appointed and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The location was conveniently located about a mile or so to the Cocoa Village area with cute shops and restaurants (an easy, safe walk). The host was excellent and everything was as stated. I would definitely rent this place again and hopefully can stay longer next time.

The bed is hard and I didn't like the showerhead.

The apartment was well put together and very cozy. I wish we would have been able to stay longer! We also loved that there was a Scooter's coffee shop right down the road and that we were far enough away, but close enough, to travel to the busier, tourist locations.

The location was very nice but the blue building next door needs some attention. This did not deter us, just an observation.

Love how close it is to the water. And right around the corner from coffee shop.

Bathroom was a bit dirty upon arrival. Also the cameras in every corner of the property are a bit discomforting. Didn’t even want to hangout out in the common area due to lack of privacy. The cameras for the apts I understand but to have one in the common area is a bit excessive.
