Shares Courtyard Luxury Apt - NEW!

This was a great location close to a beautiful view in a lovely historic neighborhood with a lovely cafe just feet away. We enjoyed a gorgeous stroll with dolphins swimming feet away in the water off the scenic road. The neighborhood was calm and quiet with friendly neighbors. As far as the actual unit, this was a well thought out space, with comforts of home and beautiful touches. There was a nice array of useful amenities throughout the apartment to make us feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable and also reclined, which was a bonus. Checkin was seamless and easy to access following the checking directions. I appreciated the ability to contact the owners to clarify anything we needed during our stay. We hope to be able return during our annual visits to the area. Highly recommend this great place!

A couple of issues are likely just kinks in this being a new unit. I think with a little repair, these things can get this unit to a 10 out of 10. There were several exposed electrical outlets that needed to get covers or be closed. It made it tricky to plug and unplug items. There were a couple of plumbing issues during the stay involving the shower and sink. The entire kitchen floor was leaking water, which hopefully will be properly repaired to mitigate mold. This is such a beautiful unit, and Ronald was very quick to respond and make repairs along with being honest and upfront, which made us feel much more at ease despite the mishaps. We understand these things happen, and thankfully, they were a minor inconvenience because of how quickly and respectfully Ronald fixed the situation.

Very nice modern accommodation. Great taste in decorations. We will be back.
