Very nice quiet place. The hotel is very clean and tidy. You can take bicycles for free and ride to Hoi An. The staff is very polite, everyone speaks excellent English. Many thanks to Flower and Rosy for their hospitality, thanks to them we felt at home here. They are responsive, kind and always help. The breakfasts were very tasty, I wish i could have breakfast like this everywhere and every day! We would love to come back to this hotel again. I highly recommend this wonderful place to all travelers.

Absolutamente todo y lo mejor el trato de su dueña, Flower!! El lugar es precioso, está cuidado y limpio, la habitación es bonita y muy bien equipada, la cama es muy cómoda, la zona de la piscina es perfecta cuidando todo detalle, el desayuno es escepcional, dando opciones variadas y locales recién hechas y deliciosas. Íbamos a quedanos solo una noche y Flower, la dueña nos hizo sentir tan agusto que decidimos quedarnos un día más y explorar bien la zona. Nos recomendó rutas, nos asesoró con los precios y hasta nos ayudó a contratar una moto y los servicios de bus para nuestro siguiente destino. La localización es perfecta para descansar del bullicio de la ciudad, y con muy buen acceso a 5 minutos en moto o grab o 10 en bici. Si hubieramos podido nos hubieramos quedado más días! Sin duda el mejor lugar en el que hemos estado en Vietnam. Volveremos 🫶 Gracias por tu acogida Flower, haces que nos sintamos mejor que en casa 🥰

This hotel offfers rustic, tastefully decorated rooms with an arty feel, an which are heavily sound-insulated by brick walls. The beds are really comfortable, and the entire place is well maintained by the host family and staff. You feel at home immediately, and the location is in the middle of suburbia, so the cultural experience is amazing. The host family are all extremely friendly and you feel like part of the family. Huong, which is hard to pronounce, is also called Flower, and I've got to say after travelling the world, she is the most dedicated and hardworking manager I have ever met. She is constantly in contact without being overbearing, wanting to make your experience the most special in Vietnam. Without her assistance I would have paid far too much for just about everything I did. I rented a scooter through her for an excellent price, and it was well maintained and a modern model. I strongly recommend this form of transport - Hoi An is bigger than you think. However, if you're not confident riding scooters in Asia, bicycles are also available for free, and again well maintained. I was so impressed with this place and Calm House 1, where there is a great vegetarian restaurant, that I booked another ten-week stay at these locations. I thoroughly reccomend staying on this sleepy island, just a short ride to the bustling old town. Flower's honesty, kindness and attention to detail are unmatched, and I sincerely wish a university in my country would give her a position lecturing hospitality to our Australian students because we have a lot to learn from her! A stay here is more than a comfortable room, it's a life-changing cultural experience you will not regret and never forget.

Very quaint. Location away from any busy street noise. Pool is great. Flower is a very gracious and considerate host.

Tout, Flower a été absolument parfaite et nous a beaucoup facilité notre séjour en nous donnant de bons conseils et en réservant différentes activités pour nous. Elle a tenu à nous offrir un magnifique gâteau pour l' anniversaire de notre fille, très délicate et gentille attention ! La maison est très jolie et loin du centre ville agité, la piscine est très agréable. Bref on recommande à 100%
