Calm House 3 Boutique Hotel Hoi An

After some time traveling around Asia, we truly felt at home at Calm House 3. Initially, we planned to stay only a few days, but we ended up staying much longer because we loved it. The place is wonderful, and the hospitality of Flower and her family—always attentive to our needs and incredibly warm and kind—was outstanding. Every morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast with different options. She helped us rent a scooter (and also offered free bicycles), and besides visiting Hoi An’s Old Town, we explored the whole area, found beautiful beaches, and even visited Danang and its many attractions. The accommodation is lovely, very well maintained, and extremely clean. It’s located in a very quiet and peaceful part of Hoi An, close to the main attractions. Without a doubt, we would return to this beautiful place many times.

Rower mógł by być sprawniejszy.

Urocze pokoje w willi z basenem. Przemiła właścicielka Flower pomoże zrealizować wszystkie plany zwiedzania, udostępnia rowery. Willa jest położona w pewnej odległości od centrum, więc jest to bardzo wygodny środek transportu.

Wszystko super.

Le lieu est super sympa, Flower est génial, tout est parfaitement propre. Piscine, eau à disposition, petit endroit donc très intimiste. Flower vous donne d’excellente recommandations, aide pour louer vélo, scooter, activité…

Tout était parfait, rien à redire

The welcome is great, the room is very pleasant to live in, and the host is kind and very responsive. The breakfast is good, and I really enjoyed the pool which adds charm to the place. You can borrow bikes for free or rent a scooter at a good price. I could worked for a couple of days in the room on the small desk and really appreciated it. In short, it feels good to be there, and you can tell they take good care of you. I highly recommend it!

It's a little away from town, about 15 min cycling - but it's very calm too ! The bicycles should probably be fixed up a little !

The Manager (English name ‘Flower’) who runs this place is one of the sweetest human beings I’ve ever met in my 5 decades of living. On her character alone, this place is a 10/10. Added to that are the following elements that have this property deservedly score highly based on the price point: • Extremely pleasant interiors aesthetic • Very clean (nice bathroom products) • Fridge in room • Excellent aircon • Excellent WIFI • Refillable filtered water stations • Closet storage space • Desk and chair • Armchairs • Good breakfast • Pool • Bikes The property is situated on one of the islands, close enough to the old town, yet nice and quiet if you value your sleep (no karaoke bars, dogs or roosters). People in the neighbourhood are very friendly. Highly recommend A+++

The service is superb, Flower and her staff are amazing and will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The peaceful location. Lovely pool, the flexible breakfast. Flower arranged two motorbikes for rental for 100k per bike per day. A very good rate. Beds in the family room really nice.
