"Good value for money, beware of being double charged"

It’s a pretty good location, discreetly on the high street. The compact room had everything I needed for a short stay - small fridge, tv, private bathroom, bedside table and dining table.

It was on one of the hottest days so far this summer and ventilation was poor. It was sticky and hot. No fan or way to open window wider. There was also an extra check-in process that asked for my card details and then attempted to double charge me for the room and bill another £10 at checkout!

Nothing

Refused a fan in 34 degree heat and said “uk is a cold country we don’t equip fans and have nowhere to keep them” for one the UK isn’t a country and two they should be prepared for all conditions. Couldn’t sleep on any night I was there it was like being in the pits of hell.

Unser Flug hatte von Wien weg extreme Verspätung, aber wir waren die ganze Zeit über in Kontakt mit TLK. Ein Traumservice, denn um 02:30 Morgens ist dies nicht selbstverständlich. Wir bekamen sogar einen Tipp wie wir ohne noch mehr Zeitaufwand in die Unterkunft kommen könnten. Unendlich nett und hilfsbereit! Es ist sauber! (für England wirklich selten) Schimmelfrei! und gleich ums Eck gibt es ein sooo tolles Frühstückslokal. Abschließend: die Kommunikation mit TLK is zu jeder Zeit möglich, unglaublich freundlich und man fühlt sich echt gut angekommen. Klare Empfehlung. Beckenham darf dann jeder selbst erkunden. Es gibt einiges zu sehen.

Der Eingang ins Zimmer war tatsächlich etwas schmal, baulich aber nicht anders möglich. Somit...jammern auf extrem hohem Niveau und tatsächlich das Einzige, das nicht sooo toll war. Aber unterm Strich nicht wirklich aussagekräftig.
