Price and location

We stayed because we had a family party, two ladies getting ready and no mirror!! Simple request but quite important to us. Room was 'cosy' photos make it look more spacious, ok for 1 night.

The area….. nothing else!

It was not clean. According to the Host my room had been prepared, yet whoever prepared it did not notice the light switch for the bathroom was missing, kettle was dusty and dirty, there were cobwebs in the room, the microwave was dirty, the beams were full of dust. The bed did not have a headboard as advertised. The toaster was filthy, the tap spout was filthy. The walls were filthy. I would hate to see the room before it was prepared. I booked for 5 nights, based on what was advertised, but did not stay and TLK are refusing to refund me because it is not refundable and they have ceased communication with booking.com. The level of service and cleanliness was not fit for any human!!!
