Close to family was able to book last minute

Clean, location, professional staff.

Room was in a good location, although a bit loud in the evenings as it is over a pub. Glad to have bathroom, and kitchen amenities.

The rugs need to be replaced. Not enough toilet paper or coffee/tea provided. I was able to get the toilet tissue when requested. If coffee, tea and milk replacements were available, it was not noted anywhere.

Everything is convenient, Affordable and comfortable.

I saw on the website that no smoke allowed on the apartment but still other people don't follow. When I arrived on the apartment I smell smoke cigarettes or I'm gonna say smell weed on the hallway. Honestly I don't like the smell.

The host was brilliant

This room was comfortable and warm, and good value for money. Great to have a microwave, kettle and fridge. Staff were communicative and friendly, and the check in process was quick and easy.

A very loud smoke alarm in my room went off twice for a few minutes at a time at 11pm at night, despite me not cooking or smoking at that time, although this may have been caused by someone else smoking in their room, despite warnings in the foyer not to. i could also smell cigarette smoke in my room at 5am the following morning. The rooms could have a new toilet roll and a spare if stays are more than a couple of nights.
