USGood
USImmaculately clean. Excellent appliances (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Bed was comfortable and easy to get into -- not so high one needs a step stool to get into bed which is what I often encounter. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast provided, but my travel companions said it was good. Located on the Chama River with expansive grounds for strolling.
As is often the case, when one chooses ground floor room, one has to tolerate the guests in the room above walking around at whatever hour of the day or night.
USUSUSThe property was clean. I enjoyed the walk down to the river and the gratitude garden.
I did not like the way one of the staff members spoke to me when he found out I had paid for the room through booking.com. His comment was booking.com takes too long to reimburse him. Not my problem. I also felt he was bothered by me asking for a box of tissues.

No breakfast. Front desk worker not particularly friendly. toilet very noisy.
USIt was ok to stay at as far as cleanliness and things needed. But there were a lot of signs everywhere with rules and rules and rules everywhere. Kind of felt like you were walking on eggshells. The dining room where they serve breakfast is nice though.
