Clean and comfortable. Beds + pillows like clouds.

Very bad service by staff. Wasn't given simple cutlery when asked, had to go bring by myself. Could have still excused this because we checked in late at night. But even in the morning I had to call twice for a dental kit, and they gave only one when I had asked specifically for two. There were more negatives too but in general, all related to staff behaviour and performance.
