location is very convenient for transit passengers

bed linen and towels have to be much cleaner and fresher..it needs immediate attention

清潔で快適。部屋に関しては問題無し。

セキュリティーなので理解はするが無駄に厳し過ぎる。どうでも良い小物までチェックして取り上げられる。日本人がインドで何か悪いことしたか？日本人がインドで悪い事するメリットでもあると思ってるのか？その小物でどんな危険なことが出来るの？検査する立場ならもう少し所持品に対する知識を身につけるべき。いちいち説明するが知識がない為理解すらできず取り上げられる。ホテルの客なのに信用すらされない。結構海外旅行しているがセキュリティーで1番不快な思いをした。正当なセキュリティーなら文句は言わない。人を疑うなら知識をつけてから疑え。

Located just outside the arrivals hall, it is easy to find. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was modern, well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant is attractively decorated and the food is very good. Attentive service. Easy to get from the hotel to departure check in.

Entry to the hotel is via a security check and the porter who met us was very helpful but it took a while to find a booking document (with our names) needed to facilitate access to reception.

The cleanliness and the location for traveller

I found a bit costly in regards to the facility provided
