HATED our stay at this place! The NOISE levels coming from owners and renters in this complex was beyond description! We could not sleep and we were forced to spend most of our time out of the apartment due to noise and uncivilized behaviour from other renters and owners in the complex! Worst stay ever! The apartment had mould in 2 cupboards which makes it illegal to rent out. We battled to breathe. Pool furniture broken and zero shade in 40 degree sun! A nightmare stay! Kids were in entrance area tearing at the curtains and throwing the complex’s furniture on the floor and jumping on it! Shocking behaviour by people who own and rent here! You will only enjoy staying here if you behave badly like that yourself. No civil person can enjoy a stay here.

USEverything was perfect, the way you have to enter Zimbaly, very secure, everything is clean, from the entrace all the way to the room, the parking was amazing, because i didnt have to park my car in the sun. The pool on the roof was amazing with the view. I will recoment anyone to stay at Zimbaly.
I like how secure it is just to enter the Zimbali lakes. QR code and everything. how clean it is.
ZAZAThe units and estate are modern and attractive. Well furnished and manicured gardens.. Security response was prompt when late night noise was reported. Generally pleasant stay.
The check-in process was a nightmare. Also not an easy process if you're traveling by Taxi/Uber because it is separated from the accommodation premises. You have to ask for the Uber to wait for you ( at an additional charge), to complete the checkin and then drive you to the accommodation which is across a very busy road. My checkin took very long due to admin issues a guest shouldn't be involved in. The unit I stayed in needs a thorough cleaning. Kitchen tops were not clean, cupboards and crockery had a musky smell. Shower area needs attention.
