Smart TV wasn't smart enough Cheap router wasn't working The entire weekend we had no TV we had to only connect Bluetooth and play our phones. Nomfundo Phatha an agent was unprofessional and rude. She left us hanging, she did not send us a QR Code to enter the gates, were interrogated by the guards like we're some crooks, luckily enough we had everything that was required of us to produce in order to enter. A huge thanks to the security guards from across the street and Bab' Nzama for their outstanding assistance.

ZAIt's such a beautiful apartment. Very close to all the amenities which makes it very convenient for travel. Good security.
The only unfortunate was that at our time of booking, we were in stage 6 loadshedding and the facility although has a generator on site it was not operational. In Balitto, the loadshedding is up to 4 and a half hours which becomes a bit unbearable without power. Also the other guests were very rowdy in the hallway. Kids would run constantly late at night and loud music would be on. It was difficult to complain as we were unsure of which unit these residents belonged to. Maybe have a night guard just to monitor.
