The location was good. The complex was safe and well maintained. The unit was comfortable.

We had a booking for 5 people. Prior to arrival we asked if the unit had a coffee maker and or plunger and we were told there were both in the unit. When we arrived there was neither. There were only 3 wine glasses, there was no soap supplied in the bathrooms and no extra toilet paper other than that on the holders in the bathrooms for a 5 night stay. It was only after driving to and visiting the agent's offices the next day that these issues were addressed. The chairs around the dining table on the balcony were very rusted and marked our clothes badly so that these chairs were not usable at all during our stay. The keys for the unit were with the agent and had to be picked up from and returned to their offices after our stay. Their office being on the upper side of Umhlanga, not near the unit.

Beautiful and very safe location. Entrance at the famous 5 Star Oyster box Hotel.

A bit dated. Rusty furniture on the balcony but this close to the ocean must be the problem.

Its was an excellent place to stay awesome views, very spacious ..I will highly recommended this place.

The only disadvantage /inconvenience was , we had to walk out of our place of stay, in order to enjoy the beach . There should be a pathway leading into the beach ,like the Oysters
