The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.

1. The shower drain in the main bedroom was blocked, and water was flowing very slowly. I reported this on the day after our arrival, but the problem was not attended to, we had to put up with this for the next 3 days. 2. Upon entry, the QR code was not scanning, and we had to request for a new code. Janine was quick to issue a new QR code which worked thereafter. Why could we not make use of facial recognition to enter and exit, seeing that the property is equipped for that? 3. It will be useful to equip the apartment with a microwave warming lid to prevent the microwave oven from being messed.
