The place is beautiful. The restaurant staff (Mohammed) and room service staff were excellent. They were so helpful and attentive.

There were so many insects inside the room. The place was full of cobwebs and spiders. The room smelt like mould and the cupboard had an awful smell. The door to the outside shower was unable to close. The bedsheets had stains on it and was really old. The bathroom jacuzzi had rust stains on it.

"Majboori ka doosra Nam"

Property is quite Run Down and needs major maintenance. Not friendly for Seniors and differently abled. The 1.5 Km single lane road from highway till hotel is terrible and full of potholes. It takes good 7-8 min in vehicle to complete this journey. Lot of ups and downs in property including stairs be prepared for that. For me : @ 2 AM false ceiling of Toilet came down with big sound. The toilet was not usable thereafter. Manager opened another room 40 feet away for bathroom.The recliner hand rest broke and fell down as soon as I sat on it. It appears that owners have no money and willingness to improve situation. Staff is very good and appeared quite well groomed for the job.
