We booked this last year and we loved it but with this visit it was a big disaster...It was not clean the apartment i tried to talk to the host about how dirty the place it was and he told me to send the cleaner the next day but i doubt if any cleaning happened as we found again the bed full of hair not ours as we didnt sleep there as we couldnt be in that room full of hairs of strangers as we found from the bed to the bathroom...

The apartment is poorly maintained. In the bathroom, there is a hole in the wall, so you can hear neighbors talking loudly, playing music, and smoking, which causes a strong smell. Hot water in the shower lasts only about 10 minutes, barely enough for one person even on sunny days. The internet is very poor—you have to connect to a network from a hotel across the street. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was wet and the bed sheets were damp. The apartment owner is unresponsive. The building’s elevator barely works, and we were not informed in advance. The location is noisy, as it is above a busy road, and even with the windows closed it’s hard to sleep.

L appartamento al 4 piano è ristrutturato come altri allo stesso piano. L unica pecca è l entrata. Vecchia sporca,con un ascensore che sembra un montacarichi, che però non vanno ad incidere sulla qualità Dell appartamento .

Location

There’s a really strong smell of cigarette smoke and mold in the bathroom. The place needs some renovations — one wall is damaged. You can hear everything from the neighbors. It definitely needs better maintenance and cleaning.
