Appartamento in posizione piuttosto comoda, si raggiunge il centro a piedi in pochi minuti; Arredato con gusto, pulito e soprattutto molto caldo:nonostante le basse temperature esterne, l’appartamento è stato un caldo rifugio!🚬

Purtroppo all’interno del bagno erano presenti dei buchi nel muro (in prossimità forse degli impianti) che purtroppo lasciano passare sia i rumori che la puzza di fumo 🚬 dell’appartamento di sopra/sotto

The apartment is not soundproof at all, you can hear the upstairs neighbor's tv and conversations and the traffic noise too. We did not have a good night's sleep because of this. Parts of the bathroom wall were broken in and there was a constant, terrible cigarette smell in the bathroom. When we arrived there were towels and bedsheets hanging from a drying rack and the bathroom smelled terrible. No shampoo available (only a broken shampoo bottle).

Appartamento situato in un condominio fatiscente,ascensore non funzionante e di conseguenza 4 piani con due valigie da 20 kg ogni una. Entrati nell'appartamento un forte maleodore mischiato con umidità e profumo spruzzato sulle coperte del letto. Una sporcizia UNICA mai vista prima. Panni bagnati appesi in bagno e qualcosa lasciato ancora nella lavatrice. Siamo andati via immediatamente. Patul e prea inalt. Baia murdara cu nisa de instalatie sparta. Zgomotul si fumul de tigara de la vecini vin si polueaza baia.

My stay in this apartment was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I arrived one day after the start of my booking and attempted to contact the property manager repeatedly from 8:00 AM via phone calls, WhatsApp, and Booking.com to report serious issues. Despite the urgency, I received no response until 6:00 PM. The explanation given—that the manager was in surgery—is not an acceptable justification for abandoning guest communication for an entire day. The property was misrepresented on the website. It was clearly advertised as a one-bedroom apartment, while in reality it is nothing more than a tiny studio. This is misleading and should be corrected immediately. The apartment was freezing cold upon arrival. The boiler was impossible to operate without hidden instructions, the air-conditioning remote control was unusable due to dead batteries, and no guidance was provided. As a result, I spent the entire day in an unheated apartment. Only after numerous messages was I told to press a completely hidden button behind the boiler. Basic operating instructions should be clearly displayed. The flooring was bare ceramic with no carpet, no floor insulation, and no disposable slippers provided, forcing guests to walk barefoot from the shower and toilet to the bed in freezing conditions. This is unhygienic and unacceptable for a paid accommodation. The building is very old and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, the shower gel was empty. Despite informing the manager immediately, it was replaced only the next afternoon. The shower was also defective, with water leaking outside and flooding the entire bathroom. Noise levels were intolerable. Traffic noise from Victoria Street continued until at least 2:00 AM, and the windows offer zero sound insulation, making proper rest impossible. There was no iron for ironing my clothes, no money safe and the floor broom was in the wardrobe.
