The 9th Hole - Two-Bedroom Apartment in Birkdale, 1 mile from Royal Birkdale Golf Club

It was in a great location near the main restaurant area. Or Lord street -

As you use the back patio door an outside light is required because at night it’s hard to see the steps. I had to walk my dog late & really struggled to safely walk down the steps. Visitors car park space someone parked there all the time. I had to move my car for her to park when we went out for the door.

A good spacious apartment and close to Birkdale and Southport. A really nice well equipped kitchen and living space, very convenient with its own parking space. Heating system very good.

The bathrooms were the only issue. One bedroom had an ensuite with shower but its in need of upgrade/repair. The shower head sprays water all over the place and the water was so hot I couldnt get it low enough to stand in it so couldnt have a shower - and i tried it in both extremes. Also looks like they have issues with excess moisture and it's caused some historic damage which needs resolving properly. There is a main bathroom but it's just a bath and a toilet. If it weren't for this id have scored a 9 or 10.

Lovely clean modern apartment, well looked after. Had everything we needed. Nice comfortable beds. Location was excellent, only a short walk into Southport. Home from home. Very good communication with the owner.

The whole process, we were made to feel really welcomed by Julia, who provided us with all the relevant information. Absolutely fantastic!! We will definitely be staying there again, if we are ever in Southport 😊

Spacious and well laid out

The shower never got warm. To be fair the owner did try to fix this. Also the lampshade in a bedroom needs shortening as you can hit your head on it. I would have preferred the blind in the bedroom to be more light proof.

Very friendly host good communication apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again if up that way

Very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds and very quiet.

Lovely flat really well equipped for our stay. Really quiet area. very close to everything the light in the bedroom was a standing joke every time my husband walked by it he smacked his head on it. 21 times during our stay which we all found hilarious.
