The 9th Hole - Two-Bedroom Apartment in Birkdale, 1 mile from Royal Birkdale Golf Club

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything that you are likely to need - great location as it's only a short walk to Birkdale Village with a great selection of independent bars, cafes and shops - they even have an artisan cheese shop that has been trading for over 40 years. Advance comms with Julia were easy and informative - even a video to show you the location of the apartment at the back of the building and how to get to the lock box etc. Would happily recommend to anybody thinking of visiting the area.

Location great. Clean apartment with everything needed. Bottle of wine /coffee machine / cooking oil - apartment had everything needed. Comfy beds. Quiet. Would definitely stay again if back in Southport. Great comms with owner. Would recommend.

Can’t really find fault. My husband mentioned that the shower was a tad too hot and couldn’t adjust. But I like it super hot so didn’t notice.

A mirror in the second bedroom would have been good and a shower over the bath In the main bathroom black out blinds too needed as light streamed in at 5am waking us up .

The property was just has expected.Nice touch providing tea,coffee and bottle of wine.So nice that the host provided soap,towels,dishwasher tabs,salt,pepper,olive oil, made our overnight stay nice and easy.Would definitely recommend and stay there again.Excellent communication with the host.Thank you Julia.

Everything was great

Absolutely stunning, stylish apartment, spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms in a lovely location, which is peaceful and relaxing and only 5 mins from Lord Street. I asked if I could get access to the apartment early as it was my sisters 50th birthday so we could set it up nice for her. This wasn't a problem. Another great thing was that Julia sent little videos of how to get to the apartment and where you could find the coded compartment to access the key. She also sent details via whatsapp with key code, WiFi password, and details of how to use the heating etc, check in and out time which was very helpful. Would most definatly stay there again.

Lovely clean modern apartment, short walk to the town. Private off road parking spec just outside the patio doors and nice touch with the wine and coffee machine. Very helpful access instructions from hosts Julia and Mark.

The only negative is the low glass lampshades on the ceiling pendents. Anyone taller than 5'5'' bangs their head.

Great location with good facilities, excellent communication with owners.

Everything, Julia is a great host , going above & beyond everything we needed was there, clean , modern apartments with two bathrooms, comfy sitting room, near to the town centre & the beach , parking space outside the apartment was another plus , we would definitely stay again if visiting Southport.
