O apartamento tem muito potencial, grande próximo do centro, estaçao de trem e supermercado.

Limpeza do apartamento muito ruim, falta muito utensílios na cozinha, muito poucos móveis nos quartos. Mas é um apartamento que tem muito potencial, só precisam cuidar mais.

It is really worth to pay this amout for this property. They have got all the amenities there. House was completly clean apart from stove. It was good. Will book same property again if need in future.

The location is great. Ideal for anyone wanting to go into Darlington town centre. Easy Parking. Easy to access the property. Plenty of space in the apartment. Heating worked well. Large supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

The place felt a bit like a student halls of accommodation. The communal areas of the building were untidy and messy, granted they aren't part of the apartment but the owner needs to have this addressed with the property management. Their was random food in the cupboards and shoes and slippers in one cupboard. The place felt tired and could do with a basic but thorough overhaul. It has the potential to be a lovely apartment.

Não tinha sinal de internet de jeito nenhum, liguei para o proprietário para tentar resolver ele disse q não tinha como e desligou o telefone, literalmente excluída do mundo, o Wi-Fi não funcionava de jeito nenhum . Lugar péssimo

Central location for Darlington with parking outside the rear of the property (where the entrance was). Access to keys was via a key safe, with the code provided in a message via the booking.com app.

The communal area that we passed through to get to the flat was dirty (in need of a good hoover) and poorly maintained (e.g. one of the stair rails was missing screws and had come away at the bottom). Whilst the apartment itself was reasonably clean overall, there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the lounge area. We also noticed some existing damage to the bathroom door. In one of the bedrooms, there was only enough room to access the double bed from one side of the bed, rather than from both sides. Overall, disappointing compared to other apartments we have stayed in that we have booked via booking.com in a similar price range.

Nothing really, it was the first accommodation I’ve ever had.

Lots of broken things in the house and very dirty, specially the kitchen. I even found shoes in one of the kitchen’s cabinets. It was quite disgusting.
