Central Studio + Free Bikes&Big Tv

The location is good, plenty of shops and bars but the studio itself was quiet. Having the bikes was great, 10 minutes to the centre. Mark was very friendly and shared some helpful videos. He has made an effort to make the studio comfortable. Reasonable bed. Light and airy room.

We prefer en suite but did know that this doesn't have that.

I booked for 4 nights (non-refundable), but had overlooked the fact that the shower and toilet are separate, which is not my thing. I contacted the owner right away, and he was courteous and gracious beyond belief. He was in his full rights to insist on the full refundable rate, but accepted for me to stay (and pay for) only one night. Again, I cannot stress the wonderful interaction with the owner, and I felt a bit sorry for bothering him with what was basically my mistake.

The location, the free bike (except for the maintenance, each bike have problems with brake, chain…), the proximity of the city center, proximity of the supermarket

The common place. The cleanliness, specially about the shower, it was like a camping, you have to wear slipper to get in. Only one of the two shower have light. The shower has hair in it, and the grid is nearly blocked drain due to it…

Best part about this property was the price

The shared spaces were disgusting. The bathrooms were unkempt - only one shower was useable during our stay which meant we had to wait to shower most days. They offered free bikes, but my girlfriend wasn’t able to use either bike due to her height. We had to rent a bike for her. The whole point was to avoid spending money on bikes.

This apartment was a gem! The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, always there when needed. Its prime location near the center made public transportation unnecessary, with convenient access to grocery stores and cozy cafes nearby. Perfect for a holiday stay; highly recommended!

While the apartment's location and host were excellent, the bathroom and toilet showed signs of aging and could benefit from renovation.

The studio is very nice and in a nice neighborhood with lots of places to eat. With the free bikes you can get to the city center fast. The host is very nice and helpful and very easy to contact. You have a laptop with a map with good places to go and a big TV were you can watch movies. So we can very much recommend staying there.

Nothing

It’s very convenient, located at the heart of Copenhagen, supplied with everything you would need for a holiday trip, bikes made it easy to discover every corner of the danish Capital. And most importantly, Mark, the host is very nice guy that is available all the time to get anything you would need.
