Location was awesome within the medina walls, walking distance to Jemaa el-fnaa. Staff are friendly and eager to assist. Food and wine are good and well priced.

Not too much about this place that you would not like. Live music will run until late in the evening - not a concern if you are just visiting the rooftop bar.

The bathroom does not have HOT water. We stayed 2 nights and showered in FREEZING cold water. Taps, lights AC don’t work well. On top of that, they charge exorbitant prices that are not worth the value. At the end of the stay they charged extra as a tax which I assumed was part of the original bill. I guess that’s fine but the rest was not a great experience to be honest. The WiFi did not work at ALL so we had to use our data. Overall poor experience

Stayed 5 days with a friend. All the staff was amazing, the hospitality was beyond expectations. From the hosts at the door to the cleaning lady's to the waiters at the terrace etc. But especially Ernesto, Youssef and the beautiful and loving cook Assia, made us feel at home for our first time in Marrakech. Besides this, the location is perfect.

Not sure about the work conditions there, since we saw many people working hours/days in a row from early till late in the night . But still all smiling, positive and so helpful..!

The hotel was comfortable and was in a perfect position for everything but was not accessible by car due to the width of the street although taxis could drop off 2 minutes walk away so was ok. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

At night the hotel was very loud with music playing until late into the night most nights, some only until 11.00 but some after midnight, making sleeping hard work. The breakfast was omelette every day with breads and fruit. Could have done with some variety. If you were 18 to 30's this Riad would probably have suited you better. Having said that overall we did enjoy staying at the Riad, but it would have been better without the loud nightclub music which due to the layout was not far away and could be heard as if it was in the room.

This is a nice Riad and the rooms were nice, helpful staff. The one thing you need to be aware of in choosing to stay here is that it has a public restaurant and bar on the roof and they play loud music all afternoon and evening - which is right above the rooms. We had to ask them to turn the music off at 11pm which they did. Not a place for a quite afternoon or evening in your room.

The staff were exceptional especially in the restaurant. The local Moroccan cuisine was interesting and tasty. It was my wife's birthday and the entire restaurant crew sang 'Happy Birthday' and produced a cake! A memorable evening indeed!

We understood we had booked a suite but were put into a narrow double room which was disappointing (we were offered a complimentary evening meal as compensation). The loud music from the restaurant echoed throughout the hotel and was quite intrusive. Unfortunately, the hotel had temporarily lost its alcohol licence but with a little persuasion did manage to make cocktails and serve wine. The tiled stairs are steep and uneven and unsuitable for older guests.

Hotel was closed. Decorators woking in main area. We were the only customers. Restaurant closed on first day (no food on day of arrival). Bar closed first two nights. Hotel facilities listed on Booking.con website very misleading - clearly Booking.com don't do any checks on the details they publish. Tried sorting this out with Booking.com but their operators hung up on me, they don't answer e-mails and a letter to the three Booking.com directors listed at Companies House was ignored. Would NEVER EVER use Booking.com again.
