It is clean , have TescoExpress 2 minutes drive away, parking is good. We asked for the fan and they kindly prepared for us

Not enough pillows

The contact with the staff and the information that was provided. The house was very comfortable. Overall clean and well designed.

One of the towels and the pillows were not clean.

Size of the accommodation was good Nice to have parking on the front Check in was easy It was good to have two bathrooms First double bedroom was nice Beds were comfortable enough

There was no mirror in the second bedroom Pillow quantity and duvet set in comparison to first bedroom poor No bins upstairs Unfinished areas in the second bathroom There was a few broken items e.g Window handle downstairs, shoe rack, and picture frame making the place feel unmaintained and some of the bulbs in the lights didn't work. There was a bag over the fire alarm which was a bit unsettling It felt like the second bedroom had been forgotten about in its quality overall

The property structure is good but the managers/owners clearly don’t care about guest experience. On entry to the flat there was a shoe rack which was broken and would be dangerous to use. Why wasn’t this replaced, mended or removed? The flat sleeps 6, but there were 3 teaspoons and not enough plates and bowls for 6. There are no bedside tables or lamps in either bedroom. There are no bins in either bathroom, nor soap in one of them, nor soap in the kitchen. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is fine if you only want cold water as there was no possibility of a hot shower in it. There was a standard lamp with only one bulb out of 3 in it. And both the ceiling lights had missing bulbs and non functioning bulbs- to cut down on costs? Some windows wouldnt open.
