All Seasons Cottage - Game Room - Firepit By Zen Living Short Term Rental

We really enjoyed the game room for our kids and the hot tub. I also appreciated that it was pet friendly, had a gated front and backyard for dog and kids. It was not far from hiking spots or breweries that we wanted to try.

We thought the backyard could use a bit more privacy trees as it was right next to a motel and U-Haul storage and we didn’t feel we had privacy at night when using the hot tub. It felt too exposed to the street and the surrounding neighbors.

This property is located in close proximity to tourist attractions and shops in the area (we used our own transport). The cottage is spacious, pleasantly decorated and comfortably appointed.

The listed washer/dryer wasn't available for use.

It is exceptionally clean and personal touches were very well done, from the lovely bedsheets to the brand new coffee machine. The thoroughness of the instructions and ease of entry were great too. Lots to do including games, a selection of books, hot tub and fire pit. Wish we had more time there, but maybe our next trip.

Parking in the street. It was safe but a bit concerning at first glance.

Great, practical, location for visiting Luray caverns and the Shenandoah national park. We all enjoyed downtime in the games room and hot tub too. Everyone slept well there!

We would have loved access to a washing machine! Also a dishwasher tablet or two. We had just flown in from abroad, which may have skewed these 'wants'.

The home was nice overall, but very unclean. Pet hair coated furniture and floors. Floors clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. Bed sheets needed swept off due to gritty stuff (sand?). The game room equipment is nearing too broken to use. The windows have no screens to be opened and no blinds that can be raised and lowered for privacy.

Great host and very responsive. Comfortable cottage and great amenities.

I would suggest TVs in all the rooms.
