"Spacious and comfortable but floors covered in cat hair"

Spacious accommodation. Beds were very comfortable. The games room and outdoor space were great for entertaining our children. Nice location in Luray with easy access to lots of sites. Wifi was good.

Floors were covered in cat hair and so were some of the things in the games room. Had to vacuum when we arrived to try and get rid of the cat hair but still ended up with some on our clothes, suitcases etc. Mentioned this when the host asked how everything was but never got a response. The door handles for both bathrooms were broken so you couldn't shut the doors.
