GBGBFriendly staff, always checked in on me to see if things were ok. Upgraded me to an AC room at additional cost on arrival, allowed bag storage before check-in. Decent sized room, clean.
Sewage smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage pipes. AC wasn't working initially but they changed the remote battery promptly when informed.

MYThe management and Staff are very friendly and they managed to arrange city tour with cheapest price compared other transport provider further more they even arrange drop of at Airport.Strongly suggested. The rooms very clean and you must try the balcony view as well. Thanks to the Wish residence management and Staff. Looking forward. Good luck. .

Bathroom was so smelly. They said it was usually like that. that was not the only smelly thing the pillows also had bad odour. No hot water in bathroom

LTLKWhen we first arrived, we realized we had mistakenly booked a room without air-conditioning. Without hesitation, the receptionist kindly offered us an upgrade. Even after that, we felt the room was too small, so we requested another upgrade. The staff was incredibly accommodating and moved us to a spacious family room. The room we were given was clean and nicely decorated, and it even had a little balcony. For the price, it was definitely worth it. We'll definitely be staying here again!
