Price is very high , rooms are too dark no day light in room , too small rooms
AUThe room is small without a window, but it has everything: good double bed, A/C, ceiling fan, wi-fi (slow), electric kettle, coffee, water; wardrobe, bedside table and nice bathroom with hot shower, shampoo, soap. TV with many channels including CNN, BBC, France24, Al Jazeera, Euro News, Bloomberg, CNBC, ABC Australia,...There is a shared kitchen with large refrigerator and washing machine.. Helpful staff. 3 minutes walk to Marino Mall.
For a week they never cleaned up my room, changed bed, towels, replenished toiletries. 1 bottle of water and 1 coffee sachet. Smell in bathroom coming from drain holes in the floor. No bank cards accepted. 20 Rules (strictly to adhere)- some ridiculous, like, lost key charge US$60 (for $5 key), no downloading large files over WiFi, alkohol and pork prohibited to bring in,..... Annoying TV set-up.

LKSatff were very friendly. Location is nice.
There were cock roaches on my bed. And when i arrived the pillow of one of the bed was kept upward like when some one was lying on back for rest. Suspect someone from the staff entered to get some rest. So it made me mad how clean the beds, sheets and pillows were. Whether they are cleaned properly after the last booking. Even so, someone else used the beddings.
