Beautiful 1 Bedroom Steps to the Beach!

The location.

We stayed a total of 14 days in 2 units, firstly there was a considerable amount of sand/dirt on the floors of both units when we checked in and the hot water was not very hot at all in either. There was a no smoking sign visible on the property but we discovered cigarette burns on our bed linens and mattresses in both units, also the last few days of our stay in the first apartment unit 7 a group of young people checked into the unit next door and were pretty loud at times being playful and sometimes arguing right in front of our door as well as in the parking lot. They also were smoking and hanging out right in front of our door which we didn't appreciate either. Last but not least upon checking into our second unit; a smaller studio at the back of the building pretty much located by an alley and requiring a trek all the way around the back of the property to reach we noticed the back unit of itself was likely built on uneven ground as it slanted toward one side, we also took notice of the bathroom sink in the unit leaking onto the floor as well as some water running under the walls connecting to the adjacent laundry room of the property, there were other plumbing issues such as an apparent blockage and water backing up in the shower and the toilet not flushing properly at times, also pretty thin doors and walls allowing you to hear when anybody is washing or drying or in unit 8 with its back/side door directly across the hall from yours and to top off all of that the studio has a completely nonfunctional wall AC unit in the room. We informed the manager Adam Johnson of the leaks and other issues and he called a plumber who didn't come til the next morning and proceeded to snake the drain line after removing the toilet and the whole room flooded with dirty sewage.

Close to beach and walking distance to food

It was close to the local fare and the beach.

The shower current rod fell every time you touched it. The floor in the shower was full of sand upon arrival.

Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Easy to walk to local restaurants. Lovely balcony on this 2nd floor apartment.

Stairway going up to 2nd floor was dingy and had a bad odor. Front entry of building had boxes/laundry baskets of someone’s personal belongings scattered about making it look run down even though apartment was very nice. Number on building did not match address in listing making it confusing where the apartment was located.

the host is of no help , the host does not answer phones or texts and when he does he is of no help. Ruku tv stopped catching wifi signal working after 3 days and was useless and host never helped , WiFi not good

The bed was phenomenal! Your caretaker was excellent. She did a great job of cleaning the pool after the hurricane and was very friendly. So close to the fantastic beach! Sunloungers in the cupboard was a great touch. thank you

The area isn't the most high class. It was rather difficult to get hold of anyone to get let in, although in fairness I arrived much later than planned

it was extremely clean and comfortable I loved it.

the place was fantastic it was the weather that wasn't so great.

Close to beach access, and great food options. Comfortable bed. Not far from the inlet and Phil foster park.

Had issues with the unit we booked, so we got another unit thankfully. The unit we ended up in had issues with the shower head spraying all over the wall. We tried to use the spa but it didn't seem to be working, made use of the pool though.
