Beautiful 1 Bedroom Steps to the Beach!

It's was very close to the beach and many restaurants/Bars.

The outside shower. It needs some sort of fence around it so those can remove sands in area where they need to remove swim wear. TV volume didn't function, I wanted to lower the TV volume at night when I stay up, but for whatever reason it didn't work.

Quite and safe neighborhood.Properly not really steps to the beach as I believed when I booked the room but not a far walk. Bottom right room by the pool was very messy and had toys, clothes and trash everywhere. I felt like they lived there rather than being on vacation. I felt uncomfortable going in the pool. There was also a large metal sign with a metal pole attached to it sticking out of the pool which was unsafe.

Shower curtain is clear and had soap/ body wash build up. Would recommend a new decorative shower curtain that is not see thru. Water temperature needs to be hotter and faster flow. It took forever to get the shampoo out of my hair.

A lot. I was double charged. When I arrived, the lock code didn't work. The neighbors, who seemed like they llived there leaned chairs up against the outside wall right by my living room window. i kept the blinds closed all week. From the daily screaming matches to the drug paraphernlia left outside, it ws very uncomfortable. There was rarely a sentence said that didn't include the "f" word. 2 unfriendly dogs who regularly left their crap in the courtyard, never picked up timely. The kitchen was pretty much barren. There was no cookware, no paper towels, no salt and papper. I guess it's up to the owner what they do or do not provide. I just expect some of the basics which were present in previous Booking.com places that I stayed. The microwave didn't work. After 2 unanswered texts to the owner, another disappointment. The apartment I rented online was $400. Somehow with cleaning fees, taxes, etc. it was $850. I thought that was ridiculous. Overall, a terrible, disappointing experience. I have higher standards.

Great location. Cozy place!

Coffee maker did not work well, so we ended up having to go out and get coffee each morning. We never got the correct wifi, so was hard when we had to work a little and the directions to lock the door were not correct, but we figured it out!

I loved that it was dog friendly, so I could bring my dog with me. The pool and pool area were pretty nice, and I spent a lot of time out there. The shower head and water pressure were nice. There were plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels provided. The extra blankets provided were great. The TV was awesome. The full size fridge was great, and I loved the pre-frozen ice cubes that were available in the freezer as soon as I got there. The laundry was great. The free parking was a big plus. It was relatively easy to drive to local attractions and restaurants. The overall value for the property was outstanding.

The wifi i was given did not work in the room. It only worked by the pool. The bathroom had zero counter space. The shower had a sort of shelf to keep shower products on, but it was tilted, so a lot of my products would slide onto the ground. The bed creaked whenever you would move in the night. There was no full length mirror. The check in instructions were not great. It would’ve been nice to have instructions e-mailed to me ahead of time instead of wandering around the property clueless for 30 minutes after arriving. The location was just okay. It was a little bit of a trek to the beach, and it did not seem the safest at night. There were no extra garbage bags provided to put in the main garbage can after taking the trash out. There were no rugs or bathroom mats in the bathroom to prevent slipping, so I used an extra towel. The hot tub did not work at all during my stay there. The decor was fine, but it all came across somewhat cheaply done, which is totally acceptable for the price of the stay.
