I was confused when I arrived at the entrance as the door was locked. Only after few minutes someone came to open.

Having to wait at the entrance

The place was clean, and there was security at the front desk to help in case you struggled with check in. You need to access your apartment with a QR code, but mine was not working. A staff member who was cleaning came to bring me into my apartment once I alerted her, and she also then later brought me a key to use during my stay.

You are not allowed any guests during your visit, and that is not made clear until after your booking is finalised. I would not have booked the place if I knew.

The staff calling guest prostitutes,the elevator not working,the rooms are very small and the Ac is so loud when you turn it on.The rooms are not even clean, everything about that place and apartment is a No

Good location of property, every thing worked very well with check in etc

It is very loud currently due to so many construction sites in Sea Point

The location is magnificent as well as the service.

The fact that I wasn't given a key to access the roof or my room

It’s a bit small the bed was so uncomfortable for two of us had to sleep on couch.
