Reception opening hours from January to June and from September to December: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00. Sundays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. From Monday to Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 19:30. Reception opening hours in July and August: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 07:30 to 21:00. Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. From Monday to Friday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00. On Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the reception in advance to get the access codes. Please note that bed linen is provided, while cleaning kit is not. The card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival. Failing to do so will result in a booking cancellation. For stays up to 6 nights (all rates included), only the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included. For stays of 7 nights or more (all rates included), the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included as well as a weekly cleaning with linen change. The pool is open daily from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Heerlijk slapen na een lange rit en beklimming van Dune du Pilat"

Het ideale hotel wanneer je op doorreis bent, of Dune du Pilat wilt bezoeken, zonder meer. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de kamers waren heel netjes, heel goede bedden ook. Enkel had ik gedacht in het zwembad te kunnen springen na een lange rit maar deze was gesloten. Wel heb ik een leuke wandeling in het bos achter de accommodatie gemaakt met de hond. Een aanrader is het restaurant in het hotel ernaast wat zeer goed was, plus je krijgt een mooie korting omdat je bij de buren verblijft en ze onder dezelfde groep vallen.

Ik sliep aan de kant van de parking waar tot laat in de avond nog regelmatig gasten aankwamen. Het ontbijt was ook maar zeer basic zonder veel smaak en helaas amper tot geen opties voor mensen met allergenen.

Chambre propre, salle d'eau moderne avec savon. Réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes pratiques. Rideaux occultants. Personnel d'accueil très agréable et serviable.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, seulement un ventilateur au plafond pas suffisant,en périoe de canicule. La chambre étant petite, c'était étouffant et nous avons écourté notre séjour.

Cecile an der Rezeption geht auf alle Wünsche Ihrer Gäste ein. Wir hatten kurzfristig am Samstag Abend um 18 Uhr ein Hotel buchen müssen, da unsere eigentlich gebuchte Ferienwohnung voll mit Ameisen war. Weil es bei 38 Grad an einem Samstag Abend mit Hund nicht einfach ist spontan eine Unterkunft zu finden waren wir froh das letzte Zimmer im All Suites Appart Hotel bekommen zu haben. Leider haben wir bei der Buchung übersehen, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Da es an diesem Samstag 38 Grad hatte, war leider keine erholsame Nacht möglich. Wir sind am nächsten Morgen, da wir eh kaum geschlafen haben und ab 5 Uhr spätestens wach waren direkt um 6:30 Uhr zur Dune du Pilat gefahren. Als wir zurück kamen war die Rezeption besetzt und wir baten Cecile uns auschecken zu lassen und die restlichen zwei Nächte zu erstatten. Welches sie sofort umsetzte. Wir packten unsere Sachen und konnten 30min später das Hotel verlassen. Geld war direkt am Montag wieder auf meinem Konto. Ansonsten ist es einfaches Hotel mit Kochnische und großem Pool. Es war okay sauber und Hund sind herzlichen willkommen. Das Shopping Center mit großem Supermarkt ist fussläufig. Die Dune du Pilat ist 10 Minuten entfernt. In La Teste-de-Buch kann man wunderbar zu Abendessen

Keine Klimaanlage Für die Leistung (Sauberkeit, Mobiliar, Badezimmer) zu teuer

L'air co dans la salle de petit déjeuner et réception

Une pause d'air conditionné dans les chambres car la chaleur y est insupportable de plus vous rentrez dans cette fournaise vous voyez en plus que la fenêtre est ouverte 😡 c'est juste honteux et Un bon rafraîchissement s'impose de toute façon nous ne reviendrons pas
