Reception opening hours from January to June and from September to December: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00. Sundays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. From Monday to Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 19:30. Reception opening hours in July and August: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 07:30 to 21:00. Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. From Monday to Friday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00. On Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the reception in advance to get the access codes. Please note that bed linen is provided, while cleaning kit is not. The card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival. Failing to do so will result in a booking cancellation. For stays up to 6 nights (all rates included), only the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included. For stays of 7 nights or more (all rates included), the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included as well as a weekly cleaning with linen change. The pool is open daily from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

L'espace dans l'appartement et il est bien équipé. Frigo, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle,tableet chaises. La salle de bain est correcte avec une grande douche. J'ai un lit composé de deux petits lits. Canapé et télé compris. Un grand balcon avec table et chaises extérieures. La piscine est propre et non surveillée. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec ka clientèle. Le buffet petit déjeuner est correct.

Il manque juste la climatisation pour que tout soit parfait. Les nuits passées sous le ventilateur en pleine canicule sont vraiment justes et c'est compliqué de récupérer la nuit.

"Week-end sur le Bassin Arcachon/D'une du Pyla"

Appartement hôtel loué pour une nuit côté lac. Nous avons eu un bon accueil du personnel. Une piscine est à disposition pour ceux qui veulent se rafraîchir. Le logement était conforme à nos attentes pour passer notre weekend sur le Bassin d'Arcachon. La literie était confortable. Adresse à garder pour nos excursions sur le Bassin d'Arcachon

"je regrette l'absence de pain le matin ainsi que le grille pain , mais surtout la climatisation."

pas de baguette de pain le matin . pas de grille pain pas de climatisation le ventilateur de plafond avec 38 degrés c'est inefficace. Donc un confort plus que médiocre.
