Swan House Tea Room and Bed & Breakfast

Stayed here as we were at a wedding in Naas court farm, ideal location and nice to come back to a peaceful setting at the end of a very busy. Lovely breakfast and staff super friendly

We had to change rooms from the room we originally booked but this was due to the fault of a previous guest not the owner, this didn’t impact our stay.

Friendly staff. Comfortable surroundings and room. Food homemade and offered with care. Lovely feel to the place.

The food was exceptional, both breakfast and afternoon tea. Good location and easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff were lovely, warm and friendly. Great attention to detail in the tea room.

The breakfast was fabulous. The ladies were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable

Martin was a wonderful host, warm, helpful and a great conversationalist. We were provided brilliant recommendations for evening meals (Gurkha is a must!) and walking routes. The room was spotless, with all we needed for a weekend away. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day and location/parking perfect.

Everything was wonderful. Water was a little too hot for us (but may be perfect for others)
