"Great weekend away!"

Great little house style room. Very clean rooms, especially bathroom and kitchen area. Breakfast in the tea room is amazing and freshly cooked. The staff can't do enough for you. 2nd visit in the space of a month. Highly recommend!

"We were very happy and cosy, especially as it was freezing outside."

Loved the accommodation, fitted out tastefully. Quality breakfast with plenty of choice. The owner and staff were great.

Why were there two lids for saucepans in the kitchen but no saucepans? Fortunately we heated our baked beans in the small frying pan.

"Home from home."

Great location for access to Forest of Dean, but also for trips into South Wales. Staff were super friendly, lovely breakfast and nice to have water, kettle and tea on the room. Beautiful building and cozy atmosphere.

If you're very tall, watch your head!

"Most comfortable sleep in the beautiful countryside"

The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was made fresh and was piping hot. They were very attentive and making sure you had plenty and enjoyed the breakfast. The homemade scones are to die for. The owner was very friendly and gave me time to have a chat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The dorr frame was small and narrow it was tight for the taller rounder person. Room was comfy once you were in.
