It can get really loud by nighttime (fireworks, people, etc).

Great location, comfortable and very reasonably priced.

No hot water in the morning. Water became hot enough to shower in the afternoon, but I need hot water on my back in the morning for my lungs. This was my only complaint

The staff is incompetent and seems to have no idea what they are supposed to do at their workplace. The rooms are so small that it’s almost impossible to move between the beds. There is a strong smell of mold in the room, and everything is very dirty, even after we specifically asked for the room to be cleaned. The bed linens and towels are also very dirty. Extremely disappointing experience.

The location is very strategic, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. She helped us bring our luggage to the room. We had a balcony room, and although the room was small, this was not an issue. We were very satisfied and will definitely recommend it!

It’s a walk-up with no lift, so it's not suitable for senior citizens unless they have enough energy.
