Balcony not clean. No table and chairs as shown in pic. Water kettle not clean Very poor

Good location.

We booked a room with a balcony, but upon check-in we were informed that there were no rooms with a balcony available. We were offered a room without a balcony for the same price as with a balcony, when we showed the prices on Bookingcom, which were lower, we were told that the price on Bookingcom did not mean anything. We checked in late in the evening and couldn’t find any available options with a balcony in the area, so we agreed to the host’s conditions and checked in. The room has a bad smell, in the toilet smells like sewage. Toilet paper must be obtained at the reception; there is none in the room.

Great location. We loved our stay.
