FabHotel Serenity - Nr AIG Hospital, Gachibowli

First of all the stay was shifted to some dirty apartment used by bachelor boys without my permission after collecting full payment by me . I felt really cheated to see the dirty, unhygeinic,narrow room like a store room with dirty blankets, bathroom etc and pathetic place like some refugee camp. I booked the room in Limestone residency but FAB hotel changed it to Plot no.2-62/2/1 <rajiv Gandhi nagar, Gachibowli which is basically a cheap dirty place accommodating jobless wanderers . After collecting full payment they informed me they dont have lime stone residency in their list anymore and providing this alternate accomodation. Will never rely on FAB hotels anymore and highly recommend Booking.com to take necessary action against them and compensate me.

All of a sudden hotel is changed by FavHotel Authority (Limestone to Cozy) Dirty Lift Dirty floor near lift area Credit Card Pay option not available Windows didn't have any view ( just a wall is visible)
