The bed sheets were slightly dirty. Had a few spots here and there. I found a cockroach near the bathroom. The towels and pillows were slightly dirty.

Room are tremendously small. There is hardly any space to move inside the room. Room Service is pathetic. Food quality is very bad. Room rent is too high in terms of facility. Zero value for money.

"Liked the place, very close (within walking distance) to the hospital I needed to go"

Breakfast items were good, but it could include one or two more items like egg, juice and/or seasonal fruits. Drinking water (half litre bottle) could be arranged. Location is good, but the entrance could be better identified with a marking from the road. Cleanliness is appreciated. Employees are well-behaved.

Tea cups, must be replaced. More hangers should be there in the closet.
