Everything was relaxing and refreshing. Just what I needed

Quaint and comfortable

Kind of an oddball place. It's supposed to be a historic railroad boarding house but from the ouside it just looks like someone's house. Loaded with kitsch inside, which was fine. The homeowner lives upstairs. She was not that friendly, but sleeps odd hours so we may have awoken her at 4 in the afternoon. Sorry! It didn't matter, since she left us alone to do our own thing, which is always appreciated. It was an interesting little town.

It is about what I expected. It was more of a convenient stop than a must stop destination. Again, that is why I chose it, so I didn't have expectations for more. I would stay there again if passing through. The ice cream sundae at the Sundry Shoppe is the best thing going in the town.

The convenience of booking and the location was just what we were looking for.
