1912 Nostalgic TrainCrew Boarding House

“Nostalgic” is right! It was like going back in time, but with modern amenities! Comfortable beds, great air conditioning, great shower, etc. and it smells so nice when you walk in! ALL the charm of an early 20th-century boarding house. You feel like you’re living in a museum in a good way. I loved hearing the train go by, thought it was quite appropriate. It was also like staying with a friend, not a stranger - Dori makes you feel instantly at home!

There wasn’t anything to not like!

There is no breakfast since a cafe a couple blocks away is so convenient. The rate is lower because of that. This little house is absolutely wonderful inside. It is oozing with character. I enjoy sitting in the parlor while reading or writing. There is nothing ordinary about this place.

Located perfect distance from Grand Teton for a stop for the night. Cute place, felt safe, host was very communicative and there was coffee!

The care and love put into this place is amazing. All the antique furniture, the woodwork, the lush plants. It is wonderful that they share it with the public. The home absolutely explodes with character.

This house made us feel in a fairytale cause it’s so fancy and nice! People are incredible and I really recommend it! Good Bed! Good restroom! Tks for all!

I don’t know because they took my money but never let me in!! Booked June 27 through booking.com and arrived to a dark house and a locked door. Did not answer buzzer or phone. Refuse refund!! They are a scam!!
