Palermo Centro - I Pastelli di Van Gogh

The room was very clear and has everything that we want for our accommodation ( like coffee). Davide the owner is very pleasant person and he helped us to find parking for our car because was Sunday. The room is very near to the historical city center ( 8 minutes from Vucceria).

Αlthough we didn't have any problem, the neighborhood seems a bit dangerous.

The appartment is really close from harbour. Davide made us really comfortable. My girlfriend had health issue and Davide was kind and helping us.

There were enough shower gel, organized the shuttle from the airport.

We had very bad experience. To begin with apartment was dirty, they didn’t change the sheets, floor was dirty, walls too. I have allergy to dust so I was surviving. Bathroom smelled very bad, there was mold in the shower. Also it was really cold inside, difficult to sleep. Neighborhood was very dirty and scary, very loud at night, walls of the apartment are think like paper. Wifi is not working at all. All the space in the fridge is filled with drinks that seller sells so there is no space in the fridge too. Kitchen is not there, even to make coffee. The owner does not respect the the privacy of guests, they just enter whenever they want. We had a situation where we were out all day and came back to 6 people inside our apartment, where all of our belongings where. Also owner tried to trick us by saying that coffee was free, but it wasn’t after all. Also there is no terrace, only the enter to the apartment.

Cheap but poor, bad neighborhood, no kitchen facilities, not even aboiler mug for coffee (had to pay extra for the cappucino machine) no air conditioner (have to pay extra), almost inexistent wi fi, no TV. Cold, bad smeeling and ugly. The host needs some good manners lessons (and maybe some basic English)! In our last day, 9.30 in the morning, he enetered in the apartment usiog his key, woke us up beating in the bedroom door and rushed us to leave because he expects other guests. As long as we packed, he stayed with us, a very annoying situation. At 10 we had to go, although the checl out was till 11. Bad experience, strongly not recomended!
