Spacious 3BR Sarasota Family Home 12 Min to Siesta Key Beach

Ethan was absolutely awesome. He was very kind, pleasant to talk to, and allowed us to check in a little earlier than expected. It was easily accessible. The house was clean and well maintained, and the outdoor patio was so relaxing. We even played a few games of cornhole. We will definitely be booking here again. Thank you so much, Ethan, for allowing us to stay. We absolutely loved it.

The property was very convenient to many stores, restaurants and about 20 minutes to both the airport and the beach. The neighborhood was affected by the hurricanes last fall so cleanup was underway, but the house itself was updated, extremely clean and renovated to make it very comfortable. The back patio, and screened in lanai were very nice in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked including an air-fryer. The residential neighborhood was also very quiet.

It was a great property. Nothing at all to complain about.

The home was so clean and exactly like the pictures! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for four adults! We even used the grill outside on the patio. The location was perfect and although it was colder in FL than normal, it was a great time! Highly recommend Ethan and his home! Would return again if going back to Sarasota!

In the middle of everything neighborhood is quiet house was not far from the beach, no issuses. Definitely want to stay there next year
