Luxury Beach Condo 5-star, Rooftop pool

The beds were comfortable and the apartment was a good size for three friends travelling, one double bed room and one with twin beds , plenty of hot water in showers. Grab was easy to get as they around the beachfront area , and we got grab breakfast delivered , the rooftop pool was nice. Next to Four Seasons Sheraton , we went to the rooftop restaurant ,

The apartment number 901 was definately not a luxury apartment. It was standard. Reviews said it was abit out of the way location but there were cafes and eateries close by but we did not find this to be the case, a couple of seafood restaurants but not cafe and coffee and breakfast. In hindsight I should have booked a hotel up the beach across from eateries on the beach front and action on the beach. I wouldnt stay again, or recommend to my freinds , I would try somewhere else

First of all, never expected this is a hotel. It's an apartment with managers remotely assign different staff to come to communicate with you and take you to the room. The building is very mixed managed with different owners and business. This host never replied to my msg and my call though I reached out several times. The host only picked up the phone until I reached the apartment and kept calling. Then the manager asked me to wait downstairs and wait for assigned a staff to reach out. I booked a seaview room then they assigned a random city view room to me and said it's the room I booked. I refused to stay as it was totally different from what I booked. Then they took me to view another apartment while staff press 18th floor in the elevator. But when she met some staff when we stopped at 15th floor, she asked us to get out at 15th floor and wanted to assign the 15th floor unit to us. They just randomly assign unit to you without confirming what you booked. It's a messy hotel business runner and a lier. The actual apartement condition was not good at all. It was way more old than what you saw in the listing picture. Also there is a new building in construction in front of your room and blocked the view, but they never mentioned in the listing. They only mentioned it when you complain with it. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was the worst booking experirence in my life and all my experience with booking.com for over 15 years.

spacious n have all we need for a family. Host was responsive and check in regularly on us.

The lift was very slow. No hand towels for bathroom n kitchen area.

The apartment is absolutely perfect. It’s situated just across from the beach, although you might want to head a bit south where most people gather to enjoy the shoreline. Inside, there's plenty of space, and you'll find all the amenities you could possibly need. While it does take a little time to make your way up to the apartment, once you're inside, you'll feel completely relaxed. Plus, there's a rooftop pool available for guests, along with other great services. We’re giving it top marks for everything provided—the stylish interior and the absence of any issues.

The elevators seemed to take an age to arrive.

This apartment offers outstanding quality in every aspect. The beds were comfortable, and the decor throughout the premises is beautiful. One of the standout features is the bathrooms, which are super modern. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Additionally, there is a rooftop pool where you can relax during the day.

The location could be better.

Every day, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were exceptionally friendly and always eager to help with any requests. With just three lifts, we rarely had to wait long to go up or down from the 10th floor, and when we did, the quick ride was always enjoyable. The pool featured in the photos is delightful and offers stunning views, making it a highlight of our stay. Our room was wonderfully air-conditioned, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The whole place has been well-maintained.

The gym could use more equipment!

Everything was clean, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. I would give it an excellent rating, even considering the slightly out-of-the-way location. However, this wasn’t a problem for us since we could easily use ride-sharing services at very low prices. Additionally, the dinner buffet at the nearby Four Points Sheraton was also excellent.

The location would be better if it were more centrally situated on the main section of the beach.

This apartment is a fantastic option right by the beach. The penthouse is spacious and equipped with modern amenities. A rooftop pool, a small gym, and helpful staff add to the overall value.

Nestled directly across from the shore, this apartment offers not just great proximity to the beach but also great value. Inside its a spacious and equipped with all the modern amenities you desire. The rooftop pool is a stunning highlight, inviting guests to unwind amid breathtaking views, complemented by a range of pleasant services. We had a flawless experience that made our short stay memorable.

The Apartment is perfect. It's located opposite the beach, although you want to go down to the south a little - that's where most people hang out on the beach. There is a lot of space inside, and one can find any amenities you expect. It takes some time to make your way up to your Apartment, but once you are inside, you relax. There is also a pool on the rooftop, which u can use, and some other services for guests. Full points from us because of everything provided, the interior, and no problems.
